Amuse Bistro Former Flying Fishbone Chef Patrick has developed a menu consisting of 5 oz platters ranging from $6.50 to $12.50; add $10.00 to convert these succulent dishes in main dishes. Open from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Aromi d'Italia Café: Situated on the Boulevard boardwalk next to T.H. Palm in front of Playa Linda, Aromi d'Italia serves the best fresh gelato (ice-cream), panini, salads and Italian specials. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner  from 7.30 a.m. - 11.30 p.m.

Azzurro: Our newest restaurant concept offers fine Italian cuisine and an enchanting view out onto the Caribbean Sea. Located just beyond the pool area in the former home of the Linda Vista, the restaurant is open 11 a.m. through 11:30 p.m. serving dinner. Call Ext. 890 for reservations.
