Health, Security and Safety
Health and Happiness are equally important aspects of the resort stay
Our community-minded spirit has always put the health, security and safety of our owners and guests as a top priority. The unusual times presented by Covid-19 circumstances has solidified the commitment to these goals. Playa Linda was an early adherent to the islandwide Health & Happiness Code philosophies, and we remain nimble in assuring we are always ready to deliver an exceptional vacation experience as well as needed peace of mind.
Health
New tools and procedures are a part of our heightened health-minded goals. A testing center, hand sanitizers and helpful signage remain in place at the resort in striking a healthy balance between safe and effortless vacationing. As long as is necessary, wearing of face masks will remain recommended in enclosed spaces.
Clean
Playa Linda has taken its ISO-14001 certification to even higher levels in ensuring a sanitizing clean of its suites as well as common areas of the resort. New methods, materials and scheduling, developed as an additional layer of Covid-19 precautionary measures, help ensure a clean resort and clean bill of health.
Safety
We regularly monitor our Health & Happiness Code standards to ensure continuity and ease of adherence. Additionally, the majority of our employees are fully immunized. We work to clearly communicate existing protocols as well as any new changes to our community of employees, owners and guests.
What protocols are currently in place?
A full outline of the current protocols is delivered directly to owners and guests as part of the pre-registration check-in process. Many of the protocols are internal in nature, and are designed to minimally impact the resort stay, such as asking for cooperation in guests using their own reusable cups at the resort's coffee hut and water stations.
